GENTLEMEN. It seems I have just purchased Team Fortress 2! Yes, purchased. I have been told this is going to be almost as good as -which is, imho, still the best damned game out there- Lego Island 2!

So I broke contact with my ex girlfriend. Again. How does this not surprise me? Thing is, ever since we had a relationship, I felt like I was always the one taking the lead, while she was barely “involved” in the whole process. Like, there wasn’t a relationship, just me loving her.
So we decided to stay friends. Had a fight, lost contact for a few months, then I called her up again. She said she didn’t mind, so I called again a few times. Thing is, she’s still not the most social person, I think. She’s pretty rigid, maybe even grumpy when I talk to her. Especially on IM, always replying with just yes or no, while the question clearly requests more context.

I don’t get it. If she had a problem with me talking to her, wouldn’t it be like, easier to just say so? And if there’s no problem, speak your mind, please? I’m seriously eager to hear her opinion, but at the same time I really don’t want to waste any more effort on her. The only thing she texted me herself, was her gloating about how she got her fancy arsed netherdrake mount -_-;;. Well woohoo! You just wasted a part of your life in which you could have actually gone outside, read a book, hug a tree, anything! But no, netherdrake mount. Ooh, shiny. It’ll be useless once WOTLK comes out, thank god.

Anyway,  I told her how I though it was, with her never really replying and all, and all she says is: “Well if that’s the way you feel about it, I can’t really help you.”
I’m stupified. Is she serious? This is like, the most generic reply I’ve ever gotten. Must’ve taken her ages to think of.

At least I’ve learned of this. My world has one less shallow person now, and some more open-minded people. I have actually met a girl who is unlike any other I’ve met, but more on that later. I’ll see if I can dig up a nice image to sum some shit up…
 

In other news: Iron Man rocks, if you haven’t seen it yet. This is by far the best comic book film out there, if you ask me. Then again, Incredible Hulk’s coming out soon, so I could be wrong.
But I won’t.
